Taking portraits is something I love. Before we start we discuss what you are hoping for, what style you would like and what they will be used for i.e., web use, large blow ups for putting up on the wall etc. Nearly everyone gets self conscious when they are in front of a camera, but by having an aim is much more relaxing and we work together to achieve that goal. I don’t stop until I really think we have captured a very good set of images that reflect the character, charm, humour or what ever characteristics we are trying to achieve.
Portraiture divides in to a few different areas: family portraits and informal family group shots; corporate portraits & formal group shots, documentary portraits,bride and groom shots, couple shots, wedding groups and many other combination of groups, pairs or individual shots you would like.
I have chosen a selection of both family, corporate and formal portraits to demonstrate the range of different styles I can offer. Below the informal family shots you can see some corporate portraits which have been done recently for commercial clients.
